1. Introduction

Welcome to Pannelli. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both our customers and our business.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

3. Delivery

We use third-party couriers to deliver our panels. Due to the size and classification of our items (“ugly freight”), tracking information may not always be available.
Customers must ensure someone is present to accept the delivery.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

4. Inspection on Delivery

Customers are required to inspect their panels upon delivery.
If damage is noticed, please do not sign for the order and notify the courier immediately.
If panels are accepted and signed for, Pannelli cannot be held responsible for transit damage.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returns.
Returned panels must be in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned panels.
Delivery fees are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and dimensions are accurate.
Please allow for slight variations in appearance due to the manufacturing process or natural material characteristics.

8. Liability

Pannelli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s) ordered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
