Panel Size Advantage:

Our panels are meticulously crafted with attention to detail, ensuring durability and resilience during transit and installation. One of the unique advantages of our panels is their thoughtful design. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit, leading to potential damage to the panels. That's why we've taken proactive measures to mitigate this risk.

Bigger Panels for Peace of Mind:

Our panels are intentionally manufactured 50mm larger top & bottom. This strategic decision allows for added flexibility and ease in handling, especially in the unfortunate event of transit damage. Should any corners or edges sustain damage during transit, our larger panels provide the convenience of cutting off the affected areas without compromising the integrity of the entire panel.

Panel Inspection upon Arrival:

Upon delivery of your panels, we strongly recommend inspecting them thoroughly before signing for receipt. If any damage is noticed, please do not sign for the delivery and notify the carrier immediately. Our team will work swiftly to resolve any issues and ensure that you receive replacement panels promptly.

Quality Assurance:

Rest assured, our commitment to quality remains unwavering. While we strive to ensure safe and secure transit of our products, we recognise that certain factors may be beyond our control. By providing larger panels and encouraging thorough inspection upon arrival, we aim to offer peace of mind and practical solutions to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

Returns:
Any panels that wish to be returned will incur a 30% restocking charge and will require the customer to arrange their own courier or return themselves.
