Sample Orders (Royal Mail 48 Tracked)

Sample packs are shipped separately via Royal Mail 48hr Tracked.
Delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch, and tracking will be provided by email.

Processing & Dispatch (Full Panel Orders)

Full panel orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment is received.
Once ready, your panels are securely packaged and transferred to our specialist oversized-freight delivery partner.

Dispatch does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times (Full Panel Orders)

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your postcode area:

Zone 1: Up to 5 working days

Zone 2 & Zone 3: Up to 10 working days

Zone 4: Up to 14 working days

Zone 5: Pallet network delivery only

Your delivery date and time window will be confirmed directly by our courier once your order has been scheduled.

Oversized Freight Classification

Because of their length and weight, our wall panels are classed as oversized freight.
This may result in:

Scheduled delivery windows

Ground-floor delivery only

Handling by a specialist two-man team depending on weight and access

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery:

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the panels

Packaging should be inspected upon arrival

If visible damage is present, do not sign and notify the courier immediately

Any concealed damage must be reported to us within 24 hours

Incorrect addresses, restricted access, or missed appointments may lead to re-delivery fees charged by the courier.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If a delivery attempt is missed or the courier is unable to access the property:

Delivery will be rescheduled for the next available route

Additional delays may occur for remote postcode areas

Shipping Areas

We deliver across mainland UK.

Some postcodes in the Highlands, islands, and other remote regions may fall under extended-delivery or pallet-only zones.
